The NAS is a hard-drive with built-in IP address for remote data storage. It is
a compact, economical and low power consuming device suitable for small
businesses, SOHO (Small Office or Home Office), and personal file server such
as FTP server for storing or backing up files through intranet/internet.
Together with 3JTech’s IP camera series (
eCAMit series), camDisk (3J
Tech NAS) will then become a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) for eCAMit cameras.
The advantage for our system is that you can separate the camera (eCAMit
cameras) and the camDisk at different location. This will ensure the security
of the recorded images cannot be damaged by bandits. Through internet eCAMit
cameras and camDisk can be placed in different places even different countries.
camDisk is able to record up to 4 eCAMit cameras simultaneously.
